The "5 Appointments or You Don't Pay" Guarantee

We stand behind Sammy. If she doesn't book at least 5 real appointments within 14 days of going live, you pay nothing. Here's exactly how it works:


1. When Does the 14-Day Period Start?

Your 14-day guarantee period begins on your "Go-Live Date" — the day Sammy is fully operational and able to respond to leads.

This means:

  • A2P registration for SMS/text messaging has been approved
  • Sammy is connected to your active channels (SMS, web chat, Instagram, etc.)
  • You've approved Sammy's scripts and conversation flows
  • We've confirmed together that Sammy is live and ready

The signup date is not the start of your 14 days. We don't count setup time against you.


2. What Counts as a "Booked Appointment"?

An appointment counts toward the guarantee if it meets any of the following:

  • Sammy scheduled it through direct conversation with a lead
  • A lead self-booked through your calendar link after engaging with Sammy or any automated sequence (confirmation reminders, follow-ups, reactivation messages, etc.)
  • It has a specific date and time on your calendar
  • It's a real lead (not a test, not your own phone number, not spam)

Why self-booked appointments count: Sammy doesn't work alone — she's the front end of a system. Automated follow-ups, confirmation sequences, and reactivation campaigns all increase the probability that a lead books. If a lead self-schedules after receiving a system-generated touchpoint, that appointment exists because the system was running. We count it.

Note: We count booked appointments, not showed appointments. Whether they show up is influenced by factors beyond Sammy's control (your offer, your follow-up, etc.).


3. What's Required on Your End?

The guarantee requires that you have an active lead source during the 14-day period. This means one or more of the following:

  • Running paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.) that generate inbound leads
  • Running a winback/reactivation campaign to your existing database (we can help you set this up)
  • A database of 50+ leads from the past 12 months that Sammy can reach out to
  • Organic lead flow from your website, social media, or walk-ins

If Sammy has no leads to talk to, she can't book appointments. That's why we require an active lead source to honor the guarantee.

Don't have an active lead source? No problem — we'll work with you to launch a reactivation campaign to your existing contacts as part of onboarding. Most gyms have hundreds of "dead" leads sitting in their CRM that Sammy can re-engage.


4. What If Sammy Doesn't Hit 5 Appointments?

If Sammy books fewer than 5 appointments in the 14 days after go-live — and you had an active lead source — here's what happens:

  1. Let us know within 7 days of the guarantee period ending
  2. We'll review Sammy's conversations and your lead flow together
  3. If the guarantee conditions were met and Sammy underperformed, you owe nothing
  4. We'll cancel your account with no charge — no questions, no hard feelings

We're not here to nickel-and-dime you. If Sammy didn't deliver, you shouldn't pay. Simple as that.


5. What's NOT Covered?

To keep this fair for everyone, the guarantee does not apply if:

  • You had no active lead source during the 14-day period
  • You paused or disabled Sammy for more than 48 hours during the period
  • You didn't respond to our onboarding requests (script approval, calendar setup, etc.) within 5 business days
  • The leads provided were invalid, fake, or purchased from a third-party list broker
  • You requested Sammy not contact certain leads, significantly limiting her reach

6. What Happens After the Guarantee Period?

After your 14-day guarantee period, your subscription continues on a month-to-month basis at your selected plan rate. You can cancel anytime with no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
